Resources for Patients

Patients are able to navigate to the Help section on the mobile app or website on the Patient Engagement Platform to report any technical issues they may be facing directly to the Target RWE team. In the Help section they have resources to view Frequently Asked Questions, a detailed User Guide, and to submit a support ticket to Target RWE Customer Support team.

Resources for Site Admins

If you have a non-technical question or a question about payments, reach out to the Target RWE contacts that have been provided to you.

If you need help accessing your account on the Institution Engagement Platform or have a technical issue, click on '? Help' at the bottom of the log in page. You will see a page pointing you to an email address for sending any technical support inquiries and a link to this User Guide for the Institution Engagement Platform.
