The Message Center allows you to view your inbox of notifications received, please note that outgoing messages cannot be sent.
If you click on the ‘Envelope’ at the top of the page, you will be able to see your Messages and then click ‘View Inbox’ to see All Messages.
Note: These are all of the notifications for that user account except for the validation codes that only go into your personal email inbox for security and multi-factor authentication purposes.
You can mark messages as unread by selecting the check box next to the message and clicking on the 'Mark as unread' button
