Milestones can also become ‘Missed Milestones’ if you do not complete the milestone within the amount of time that has been set up for that milestone to be completed. If this happens, it will become a ‘Missed Milestone’ and you can no longer complete the milestone. We advise that you complete milestones as you see them appear in ‘Milestones Due’ to avoid missing them.

Note: In some cases, you will have completed the milestone and you are just waiting on the Research Coordinator to mark that milestone as complete. The system is set so you have a certain amount of days to complete a milestone, so sometimes it may show as missed if that time interval has been reached, but don’t worry, a Research Coordinator will be going in there to mark it as complete soon.
